How to Request Deletion (Manual)

If you prefer, you can also request account deletion by contacting our support team:

1. Email us at support@maharani.lk
   Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
   Include the email address registered to your Maharani account.
2. Use the Contact page on our website at maharani.lk/contact and select "Account Deletion" as your enquiry type.

We will process manual requests within 30 days and send a confirmation to your registered email address.

What Data Is Deleted

Upon deletion, all of the following data is permanently and immediately removed:

• Your account profile (name, email address, phone number, password)
• Saved delivery addresses
• Order history
• Saved cart contents
• OTP / verification codes linked to your account
